As part of the INPA review of the rezoning initiative, it came to our attention that a full 1/3rd of the park had been rezoned as 'Residential'.

In response, the INPA directors informed the Municipal Planning Department of our intention to 'occupy' the park and indeed were in discussions with Parks and Rec to do so.

The Planning department assured us an error had been made and rectified the error.
