We are here to meaningfully engage the Inverhuron community in order to express their vision of the Upper Mcintyre Park. Working with the Municipality of Inverhuron we are here to echo your vision of the park to the municipality and facilitate improvements.

Our mission

A community that invests in itself is impressive. The upper park is an introduction to the community, and first impressions have a powerful effect on future opinions of Inverhuron; for both recreation and tourism. Just as importantly, a development of this kind is fundamental to a sustained community development process encouraging continued and future securement of resources.

Investment has impact. To be the voice of a community that is vibrant, engaged and motivated to maintain the best parts of our community while enhancing and expanding our ability to deepen our community relationships

Our vision

The park is currently a quiet, mostly forested space. We see an opportunity to thoughtfully grow it into a more active community gathering place while respecting the natural character that makes Inverhuron special.

This project is being shaped by local energy, local volunteers, and a shared belief that Inverhuron deserves beautiful, useful public spaces.

As support grows, INPA hopes to help explore additional park improvements that serve residents, families, and visitors for years to come.
